Where our fiber or radio reaches — you connect directly to our network. Where we haven't yet — we use wholesale access from major Polish infrastructure operators. One contact number, one contract, one invoice — regardless of which technology serves your address.
No hidden activation fees, no surprise increases after a few months, no throttling once you cross a threshold. Contracts written in language you can actually read. If terms change — we notify you in advance, in line with the law.
Headquarters in Bydgoszcz, technicians on the ground, support in your language. Over twenty years on the market and thousands of localities in coverage — yet the customer relationship stays local. No third-time-zone call centre.
