The internet we deliver runs on three layers: our own fiber network, our own radio network, and wholesale access to the major Polish infrastructure operators. For you it is one service under one number; underneath, we pick the best available technology for your address.
01 · Pierwsza warstwa
Where we have built our own infrastructure, we connect customers directly to our network. That's our strongest signal — full control over link quality.
Our FTTH (fiber-to-the-home) network is based on XGS-PON — the symmetric 10G standard for home and business. Up to 10 Gb/s download and 10 Gb/s upload where our fiber reaches. A passive optical network — no active elements between us and the subscriber.
Where fiber has not yet arrived, we connect wirelessly. Point-to-point 5 GHz for range, 60 GHz for high throughput on short links. Up to 300 Mb/s, low latency, with our own broadcast infrastructure.
02 · Druga warstwa
Where we have not built our own network, we use two regulatory routes — to ensure coverage at every address in Poland.
A wholesale service regulated by the Polish Office of Electronic Communications (UKE). The infrastructure operator opens its local loop to other providers — we use this route to serve customers beyond our own network. The customer has the physical connection at the infrastructure operator, but the contract and support with us. The provider can be changed without rewiring the home.
Fiber networks built with EU and national funds under the programme that reduces Poland's digital divide. Regional operators like us use wholesale access to those networks to reach smaller localities on fair terms — without having to compete with the largest players on their own infrastructure.
03 · Dla klienta
Regardless of which layer delivers your link, you get one contract, one invoice, one contact number, and the same quality commitment. For every address we pick the best available option — our own network has priority, wholesale access fills the map. This is not a slogan, it's the model we have operated for years.
